Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Prior experience in steel structures, mechanics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with SAP-ERP is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Honest, patient, and capable of working under high pressure.
Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- Source and purchase goods based on departmental requests; track the entire procurement process from order placement to delivery to the end-user (including acceptance testing, if applicable).
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure reasonable costs and high-quality standards.
- Monitor and follow up on the payment process to suppliers.
- Gather feedback from internal departments regarding the quality of purchased goods and communicate it to suppliers.
- Collaborate with the logistics department, factory, and relevant teams to ensure goods are received in the correct type, quantity, and quality.
- Work closely with the factory Quality Assurance (QA) team to monitor product quality and handle returns/exchanges with suppliers when necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
