Yêu cầu công việc
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related field.
- 1-2 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, or BRCGS.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience in spices, dried foods, or export-oriented food industries is an advantage.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
- Inspect raw materials, packaging, in-process products, and finished goods against specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks (moisture, appearance, weight, packing, metal detection, etc.).
- Monitor GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety compliance.
- Maintain QC records, traceability documents, and quality reports.
- Investigate quality issues, raise NCRs, and support corrective actions.
- Assist with product testing, traceability, and audit activities.
- Train production staff on GMP, hygiene, and documentation requirements.
