• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Quality Control Manager or equivalent role within the garment industry.
• Experience in Casual items, light jackets, men/ ladies pants, ladies’ jackets
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, tailoring techniques, sewing processes, fitting, and workmanship standards for premium apparel.
• Hands-on experience in product development, technical review, and factory quality management.
• Good English communication skills, with the ability to work directly with international customers and technical teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel to factories when required.

Working Location: Northern Vietnam (Hanoi and surrounding provinces).
Job Purpose
Lead the quality management function for the product category, ensuring product quality from development to mass production. The role is responsible for establishing technical standards, managing factory quality performance, and working closely with international customers to deliver premium products that meet global quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality management activities for garment products from product development through bulk production.
• Review technical packages, construction details, workmanship standards, and establish quality criteria for tailored garments.
• Provide technical guidance to Development, Production, and QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and manufacturability.
• Work directly with international customers to align quality standards, garment appearance, and workmanship requirements.
• Monitor factory quality performance and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop the QC team while building a strong quality culture across the factory.
