Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required Automotive/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics. - 2-3 years in an automotive manufacturing background/any relevant field is required with experience in process improvement. - Excellent analytical abilities, technical writing ability and comprehensive understanding of quality tools. - Knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (Control plan, FMEA, SPC, CAPA, PDCA, 8D Analysis, Kaizen...) - Team player with strong interpersonal skills, hands-on and data driven, be able to adapt to the dynamic working environment, creative mindset in problem solving. - Communication in English.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Identify defects and non-conformities during the In process/Supplier. - Document findings using appropriate tools and systems. Report issues to relevant supervisors and quality manager. - Ensure compliance with defined quality standards and specifications, collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Use statistical tools to interpret data and suggest corrective actions, verify that all processes comply with internal and external quality standards. - Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, participate in audits and inspections conducted by internal and external parties. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency. - Provide feedback and suggestions for process failure modes based on inspection finding, participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. - Support the implementation of ISO 9001 standards to ensure compliance with regulations. • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
