Supplier Quality Engineer

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Manage and monitor supplier quality issues/ internal quality issue (non-conformities) and ensure timely implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions by Process Owner. • Conduct technical reviews with suppliers and internal department(process) to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, process capability, continue improvement and quality performance. • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the Supplier Annual Audit Program, including audit scheduling, findings follow-up, and timely closure of corrective actions. • Review and approve suppliers' 8D reports to ensure high-quality problem-solving documentation prior to submission to internal stakeholders and customers (via CQE). • Work closely with Engineering, R&D, TechSupport/ Customer Quality and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues, implement solution (ICAR) and share best practices. • Manage Q3 and work on continuous improvement (ICAR) on issue detected. • Owner for Hand Over Check List (HAO) checklist, Process Control Plan. • Coordinate purging on production WIP and WH stock. • Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct superior. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
