- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of management experience in food or agricultural product QA/QC.
- Good working communication skills in English or Japanese.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, or equivalent standards and certifications.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-training skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to other provinces.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Công việc cụ thể là gì?
• Manage and supervise all quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities for food and agricultural products across the company’s factories, branches, and production units.
• Develop, update, and standardize procedures, work instructions, and quality standards for food and agricultural products, raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, including milk tea, coffee, tea, desserts or vegetables.
• Control product quality throughout the entire production process, from raw material receiving, mixing, heating, filling, cooling, packaging, and storage to transportation and delivery.
• Establish and monitor critical quality parameters, including temperature, heating time, pH, package seal integrity, and storage conditions.
• Organize sampling, inspection, and evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and retained samples, while monitoring microbiological, physicochemical, and sensory test results.
• Investigate the root causes of quality incidents, non-conforming products, and customer complaints, then propose and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervise the segregation, handling, reprocessing, or disposal of non-conforming materials and products, ensuring that they are not released to the market.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve quality and food safety management systems in accordance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, or equivalent standards.
• Train and develop the QA/QC team, conduct internal audits, and prepare documentation for audits by customers, partners, certification bodies, or regulatory authorities.
• Travel regularly to factories, branches, and affiliated units in Bac Ninh, Da Lat, and other provinces to conduct inspections and training and to ensure consistent implementation of the QA/QC system.
