Yêu cầu công việc

- 3+ years experience in sales or similar position in FMCG is preferable. - Bachelor Degree in relevant majors. - English intermediate level. - Strong sales organization management and sales projects management. - Capacity to understand bottled waters sales management: GT (*), OOH, MT, HOD, bottled waters distribution network development, sales and distribution. - Capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field. - DMS system at leading DMS solution providers.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Develop: DMS/Non DMS operation, control, improvement and problem-shooting process, Power BI, Sales Report system - Enforce necessary business processes and procedures (master data management, inventory management, trade promo management, gift/POSM management, customer, product pricing, sales route data) to ensure effective and efficient use of DMS/Non DMS system - People leadership, management and development: manages sales automation & sales system staff, plan successions, optimizes capabilities and services to support for internal (cross function), external (distributors' sales admin) - Leading and ensuring the implementation of DMS/Non DMS as plan on all direct, handling and sub-distributions in the country; - Proactively resolve the DMS/Non DMS issue while running the smooth DMS operations at all distributions in the country - Manage target setting process on DMS/Non DMS to ensure the timeline and transparency - Working with stakeholders and vendors to leverage and maximize the capacity and functionalities of DMS systems to continue improving sales force productivity - Designing and developing reports (dashboard, scorecard, tracker, Power BI) to support business needs - Develop system and tools to support to support Sales organization and sales process to ensure operation effectiveness - Develop new system to generate automation KPI report periodly to capture the growth direction of the company - Build internal training/coaching to develop people adapt new automation generation and system - Other tasks assigned by line manager • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
