The purpose of the function
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in curating travel experiences and handling quotes and bookings from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain compelling tour products and promotional campaigns
- Deliver timely, accurate travel documentation and confirmations
- Monitor service quality and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Support ITS events, fairs, and fam trips when required
- Support contracting team
