- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any other related fields. - 3+ years of experience in software development/outsourcing/product B2B sales - Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills, dynamic, outgoing with demonstrated ability to develop new corporate relationship as well as maintaining existing relationships - Entrepreneurial and innovative in problem-solving within the product and corporate guidelines - A strong team player who is able to collaborate and work in a fast-paced team environment - Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity - Past success with a similar role in education and/or services-related products - Efficient English or Japanese communication skills (both verbal and written) have ability to write technical design document, write proposal on software architecture/solution and present to client is a plus
