• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, attorneys, and external parties via incoming and outgoing calls. • Professionally screen and direct calls to solicitors, paralegals, and legal staff. • Schedule consultations, appointments, and internal meetings. • Collect and accurately document client information while maintaining confidentiality. • Provide general information regarding legal services, procedures, and office policies (without offering legal advice). • Route messages, documents, and inquiries to the appropriate departments or legal personnel promptly and accurately. • Manage client intake communications and update case-related information as instructed. • Maintain call logs, appointment calendars, and client records in accordance with firm procedures. • 2+ years of experience in sales, telesales, leads generation for English-speaking clients • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 06:00 - 14:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
