• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or similar field – required.

• At least 05 - 06 years working experiences at the same position in Media Sales/Media Service/Marketing Agency/B2B Sales/Business Development/E-Commerce

• Experiences in Marketing/Advertising/Media Agencies/Client Partnership are advantages.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills as demonstrated by proposals, email correspondence and departmental communications – required.

• Good at presenting and convincing skill, Sales oriented and reporting skill.

• Proactive and good leadership mind-set

• Good command of English.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Lead the sales team to drive Sales Target, business strategy and execution plan.

• Develop and execute Media plans/new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with media client while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.

• Conduct market dynamics (Market, category, trends, competitive position, regulatory landscape, technology, local differences etc.) to identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

• Establish & monitor team member’s performance & development goals, assign accountability, set objectives, establish priorities, conduct annual performance appraisals.

• Works closely with internal departments to identify business opportunities and align execution plans.
