SCM Executive Customer Service, Coem Accounts (Chinese Speaking)

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 - 17:30)

• Reporting line: SCM Manager (direct), with a dotted line to the Sales Manager

• Industry: Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Pricing

• Languages: Chinese at business working level (required) + Vietnamese; English an advantage

• Experience: 1-2 years preferred — fresh graduates with strong Chinese are welcome

About This Role

A growing share of our customers are Chinese-invested OEM factories in Vietnam — our COEM accounts. They plan in Chinese and want a supplier who answers in Chinese. You own the full order-to-cash cycle for that customer group, from taking the order to getting the payment request into their hands, and you quote our commodity items from our own landed cost history. Your Chinese is not a bonus here; it is the reason the seat exists.

What You’ll Do

Order-to-cash

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for our Chinese-invested OEM (COEM) customers, communicating in Chinese by phone, email and WeChat

• Receive customer orders, review Chinese specifications and requirements, enter orders into the ERP system and confirm delivery timelines

• Coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and prepare delivery documents, including on-the-spot import/export documents for EPE customers

• Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues through to resolution

Commodity quotation

• Prepare quotations for existing commodity items based on our cost history, for Sales Manager approval

• Present quotations to customers in Chinese and respond to their questions

• Maintain the commodity price list and quotation records
