• Advanced knowledge of Asia-based supply chains particularly in Southeast Asia.

• 3-5 years’ experience in the packaging industry.

• Established network within the Southeast Asia packaging, footwear, and apparel industry.

• Advanced project management skills and the ability to manage multiple high-level projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English with a persuasive, creative, confident, and timely approach.

• The candidate must have the ability to exercise independent decision-making with outstanding organizational skills and attention to accuracy and detail.

• Intermediate computer skills in word processing and advanced spreadsheet skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

• Must possess intermediate to advanced mathematical and analytical skills.

• Must possess excellent reasoning, negotiation and listening skills. Must be able to adapt to changing environments and work well with a variety of people and customers in a cross-cultural environment.

• Ability to be available outside of 9-5 business hours for team and/or client meetings if/when needed due to time zone differences.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a car.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in the packaging industry, project management or product development.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent local travel, with regular client, factory, and supplier visits expected.

• Periodic regional travel outside of the local market required.

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds.
