Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of field sales (hunter role) in freight forwarding.

Proven track record in Sea freight (Import/Export). Experience in US, EU or Intra-Asia markets.

Strong pipeline building and closing capability.

Existing client portfolio or network is highly preferred.

Good commercial mindset with ability to manage margins.

Strong communication and presentation skills (English required).

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field.

*Ideal Candidate: A true hunter with a strong drive for revenue and closing deals. Already owns an active customer base or strong industry network. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working with targets.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Business Development & Revenue: Own and deliver assigned sales targets (volume & GP). Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear conversion plans. Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies.

Hunting & Pipeline Generation: Actively acquire new clients through field sales, networking, and referrals. Leverage existing client base or network to generate immediate business. Continuously identify new opportunities and expand market coverage.

Client Engagement & Solution Selling: Engage key decision makers and identify customer needs. Propose tailored freight forwarding solutions (Air & Sea). Lead RFQs, proposals, and client presentations.

Closing & Implementation: Manage full sales cycle from lead to closing. Ensure smooth onboarding in coordination with Operations and overseas partners.

Trade Lane Development: Work closely with global offices to grow trade lanes (US, EU, Intra-Asia). Monitor customer performance in terms of volume and profitability.

Performance: Achieve KPIs on revenue, pipeline, new customers, and margin compliance.
