Role The Senior Architect is responsible for producing high-quality accurate design drawings, technical documents, construction details, design presentations for all project stages, specifications, conducting shop drawing reviews and attending project coordination meetings as well as client & consultant meetings. Duties & Responsibilities • Control supervise and correct legal document, design document of projects • Manage the architecture design from concept to construction drawing stage of building projects • Update drawings from mark ups • Maintain, create, and follow check lists to ensure consistency and quality of work on every project • Propose initiatives to improve design efficiency • Working as a Team Leader • Review all work for errors and mistakes prior to releasing as complete • Manage/ cooperate to the project team members including architecture, structure, MEP and outsourcing companies • Deal with clients, authorities, vendors, supplier, etc. • Discuss the basic idea with the General Manager and Chief Architect; develop with team members • Elaborate reports on time schedules, quantity and quality of works in the projects • Responsible for checking, monitoring and reporting to the Director and Design Department Manager • Follow company`s design procedures, training Junior Architect • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
