Yêu cầu công việc

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, test automation, or Quality Engineering.
  • Experience as a Test Lead, QA Lead, Automation Lead, or Senior QA Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Playwright with Python and automation framework development.
  • Solid knowledge of API testing, Agile, CI/CD, and risk-based testing.
  • Experience leading or coaching QA engineers.
  • Strong analytical skills and English communication.
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.

Nice to Have

  • Playwright with TypeScript.
  • Experience with GenAI/Agentic AI, OutSystems, or Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
  • Performance, security, cloud, or production monitoring experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering and test automation strategy.
  • Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and Python.
  • Drive functional, API, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and improve release quality.
  • Apply GenAI and Agentic AI to enhance test design, automation, and defect analysis.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of up to 5 QA Engineers.
  • Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps teams.
