• Ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of finished goods output, with strong decision making and problem solving as core daily leadership activities. • Lead internal employees and external labor; collaborate closely with Engineering, Logistics/Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to ensure efficient manufacturing processes that meet customer requirements. • Ensure daily operational performance measurement, including reporting and key performance indicator (KPI) updates. • Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives, including product changeovers, ramp up of new production lines, and optimization of labor efficiency. • Define KPIs for the responsible area and actively develop team capabilities. • Direct, supervise, and evaluate production personnel to achieve maximum performance. • Plan and allocate resources (workforce, raw materials) and organize workflows to meet specifications and deadlines. • Prepare annual budgets, estimate costs, and control manufacturing expenses responsibly. • Enforce occupational health and safety measures and act as a role model for people safety, health, and quality of work. • Develop organizational and individual development plans and provide regular formal and informal performance feedback. • Follow up on standard processes such as Performance Management Process (PMP), People Review Process (PRP), and Pulse surveys. • Actively collaborate with other LEGO manufacturing sites globally. • Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS), legal requirements, and internal and external standards. • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
