• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering fields (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Engineering Mechanics, etc.) from UTE or BKU universities.

• For Mechatronics engineer: knowledge of PLC and Inverter systems.

• For Mechanical Engineer: Knowledge of CNC machine operation (Milling, Lathe) and CAM software (Mastercam, HyperMill, SolidCAM, Fusion, SolidWorks).

• Understanding of cutting tools and materials.

• 1-2 years of experience in factory maintenance, or fresh graduates with relevant skills.

• Experience with CNC machines is an advantage.

• English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Willingness to accept assignments and overtime as required.

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work within project-based organizations.

• Ability to perform effectively under high pressure.

Job summary

We are looking for a Services and Applications Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The role focuses on equipment maintenance, application support, and process improvement. Candidates should have an engineering background, be team-oriented, and able to work under pressure.


Responsibilities

• Install and maintain CNC machines (Milling, Lathe, etc.).

• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.

• Deliver technical and maintenance instructions to customers regarding CNC machine operation.

• Propose solutions and prepare quotations for spare parts replacement (e.g., linear guide, ball screw).

• Resolve CNC machine-related issues to ensure smooth production processes.

• Design and install automation systems, including robot integration with CNC machines.
