Yêu cầu công việc

• Experience: 2 – 7 years in the garment manufacturing or trading company, as a commercial staff.

• College graduate

• Fluent in english for both written & speaking

• Handled overseas and local purchasing. (raw material, fabric and trims)

• Handled export document. (invoice, packing list, b/l, c/o etc)

• Handled payment from overseas customer.


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, logistics, export documentation, or related fields.

• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Main Responsibilities


1. Shipping Document Verification and Submission Management

• Review and verify shipping documents from factories and ensure accuracy across ERP and buyer systems.

• Follow up with factories for timely document submission and correction of any discrepancies.

• Submit shipping documents to company ERP, buyer systems, or buyers within required deadlines.

• Monitor and update shipping document submission status in ERP.

• Monitor pending POs in ERP and follow up with factories to confirm shipment status.

• Ensure shipping information is updated in ERP after shipment.


2. Freight Payment

• Verify freight charges and shipment details, and process freight payment requests for forwarders and Courier company.

• Prepare payment vouchers in ERP and coordinate with Accounting for payment processing.
