JOB OVERVIEW Ensures efficient back-of-house operations by managing inventory flow, stock accuracy, and logistics to support store sales performance. Implements brand standards for shipment handling, replenishment, and storage maintenance to uphold operational excellence. Must be proficient in Excel to track, analyse, and report inventory and operational data. RESPONSIBILITIES • To drive sales to reach assigned monthly sales target set by the Company • To be aware of what is new in the delivery, what is expected on the next one and to manage the product available in the shop floor and stockroom accordingly. • To support in supervising for the stockroom's organization. • To guarantee visual merchandising standards across the store. • To participate in the planning and manage the process of the stock take and sales preparation. • To guide and ensure store staff complying with the Security Checklist, Mall regulations and to ensure that all security procedures are followed in the store. • To support & guide store staff to comply with the Health & Safety policy. • To prepare monthly rotas, daily planners and holidays according to business needs. • To manage, control, coach, and review performance of own human resources, enhance staff skills in order to ensure availability of competent human resources as well as enhance division’s performance. • To supervise the implementation of store merchandising control for existing brands including store inventory level in order to increase sales and profit hance support organization’s goals. • To control and monitor store-wide operations activities covering people management, protection of company asset, inventory management, customer servicing following standard operating procedures in order to increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to Company’s SOP. • To prepare administrative report for store operational including weekly and monthly sales, absence, petty cash, and work order in order to ensure tidy, reliable, accurate and timely information. • Follow and engage in the relevant training and development as set by your line manager. • Ensure compliance with the company's working hours, responsibilities, and regulations. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - CN • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc:
