Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in order management, sales administration, logistics or a related supply chain role.
• A diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Immediate starters are preferred.

About the Role
You will manage the full order-to-cash cycle for corporate customers, from order entry through payment collection and delivery. You will be the main link between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and process sales orders for corporate customers accurately and on time.
• Create indent sales orders for non-stock items. Coordinate with Purchasing on supplier lead times and expected arrival dates.
• Issue payment requests and pro-forma invoices to customers, and follow up until payment is received.
• Track order status from confirmation to delivery, and update Sales and customers proactively.
• Monitor and manage backorders. Flag delays and propose alternatives where possible.
• Act as the liaison between Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance so that orders are fulfilled, billed and closed without gaps.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and couriers to schedule deliveries.
• Maintain ERP transaction discipline and follow company procedures.
• Support other projects and duties as assigned by the manager.
