  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, International trade
  • or related work experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project/process management.
  • Execution skills and ability to drive behavior by metrics.
  • Manufacturing background to understand production planning and manufacturing process constraints
  • Preferably with supply chain experience, knowledge of import and export is an advantage.
  • Proficient in data analysis with Excel, Power BI, SQL, Pythons and PPT
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills, both inside the company and externally with
  • suppliers.
  • Knowledge and experience of IE/ lean manufacturing/factory operations/production management/six sigma is a plus

POSITION PURPOSE

  • Responsible for supplier delivery performance, factory capacity assessment, fulfillment execution and supply chain risk management to ensure products are produced and delivered on time.
  • Track suppliers’ production from end to end for responsible departments
  • Review suppliers’ performance in real time, evaluate potential risks, and drive suppliers’ on-time
  • delivery
  • Identify and mitigate risks to deliver programs and product on-time for business continuity.
  • Support the supply chain improvement in resilience and efficiency.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Be responsible for KPIs for small to medium size departments/categories.
  • Handle daily operations and projects following defined processes with supervision.
  • Cooperate with THD functional groups and US counterparts to enhance supplier delivery performance.
  • Support supply chain improvements and functional initiatives.
  • Conduct factory visits and capacity assessments with supervision to identify and address potential
  • delivery risks for timely program and product delivery.
  • Execute or support departmental key projects and initiatives.
  • Generate and maintain basic regular functional reports such as delivery metrics, open PO reports,
  • demand vs. capacity, and WOS.
