Role Overview The Mortgage Valuer is responsible for conducting valuation of real estate and related assets, performing market research, and providing administrative and coordination support to ensure efficient project execution and high-quality client service delivery. Responsibilities. 1. Valuation & Market Analysis • Conduct valuation and analysis of various asset types, including residential properties, serviced apartments, industrial parks, markets, and machinery & equipment. • Perform site inspections and collect on-site data to support valuation assignments. • Collect, verify, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability of valuation inputs. • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations based on client requirements. • Prepare valuation reports and support documents in line with internal standards. 2. Market Research & Data Management • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc market reports for internal and external use. • Build, maintain, and update databases of market data to support valuation and advisory activities. • Use analytical tools to interpret market data and forecast trends. • Stay updated on market movements and identify potential business opportunities. 3. Client & Project Coordination • Prepare fee quotations, proposals, and contracts for valuation assignments. • Communicate with clients to clarify scope of work, timelines, and deliverables. • Maintain professional communication with clients before, during, and after project completion. 4. Administrative & Team Support • Assign tasks and manage project documentation across team members. • Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery. • Handle issues related to project timelines and coordination. • Maintain proper documentation and filing in compliance with internal audit procedures. • Prepare supporting materials such as templates, brochures, and internal reports as required. • Support onboarding and training new team members. • Perform other tasks as assigned by line managers and department heads. • Ngày làm việc: • Giờ làm việc: • Cấp bậc: • Loại công việc:
