- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Good computer skills, especially Excel and inventory/order management systems.
- Careful, responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure during peak periods.
- English communication skills required.
Công việc cụ thể là gì?
1. Goods Receiving & Inventory System / Hệ thống Nhận hàng & Tồn kho
• Receive goods from suppliers and verify them against approved PO, Packing List, and delivery documents.
• Check SKU/item code, quantity, packaging, batch/lot, box seal, and product condition; promptly identify and report shortages, excess, wrong items, damages, or other discrepancies.
• Create Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) and complete all required receiving and inventory transactions accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by entering and verifying PO number, SKU, quantity, batch/lot, warehouse location, and other required information in the system.
• Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records; report and follow up on discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments.
• Maintain complete receiving and inventory records for traceability and audit purposes.
2. Stock Transfer & Outlet Replenishment / Chuyển kho & Bổ sung hàng Chi nhánh
• Create and process Inventory Stock Transfer (IST) transactions for stock movements between the warehouse and outlets.
• Plan and allocate replenishment stock based on approved requirements, inventory levels, and replenishment plans.
• Verify SKU/item codes, quantities, and destination outlets before each transfer and ensure transactions are accurately reflected in both warehouse and outlet inventory.
• Prepare transfer documents, coordinate delivery arrangements, and monitor transfer status until completion.
• Report and follow up on stock shortages, transfer discrepancies, damaged goods, or other issues affecting outlet replenishment.
• Maintain accurate stock transfer and outlet replenishment records for inventory control and traceability.
3. Warehouse Operations / Vận hành kho
• Receive, inspect, label, arrange, and store incoming goods properly.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products accurately for delivery.
• Maintain proper stock arrangement, product handling, and warehouse organization.
• Conduct regular stock counts and support monthly stocktaking activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly report discrepancies, damaged, missing, or lost stock.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
4. E-commerce Fulfilment & Support / Vận hành & Hỗ trợ Thương mại điện tử
• Process daily orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, website, and other online channels.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately within the required platform cut-off time.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and delivery, and monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and failed deliveries.
• Check and record returned products according to the required process.
• Coordinate with the e-commerce team on promotions, campaigns, and peak sales events.
• Prepare additional stock, packing materials, promotional items, free gifts, bundles, and special customer requests for campaigns.
• Support product listing updates when required, including stock availability and SKU information.
