● Operation Execution - Take full responsibility for the entire process of sea freight shipments, including booking space with carriers, arranging cargo release, and coordinating with shipping lines, agents, and port authorities. - Handle document preparation and verification, including Original Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Monitor shipment status in real-time, track vessel ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) and ETD, and proactively communicate any changes or delays to clients. ● Customer Communication & Relationship Management - Serve as the key liaison for clients, providing regular updates on shipment progress, transit times, and delivery status. - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve service issues or complaints in a professional and efficient manner. - Provide professional advice on import logistics solutions, Incoterms, and customs clearance procedures to clients, maintaining strong and long-term business relationships. ● Local Logistic Service Coordination - Coordinate with local suppliers to facilitate smooth and timely trucking, customs declaration and clearance processes. - Monitor local supplier to ensure all import declarations are completed correctly, adhering to local customs regulations and tariff classification rules to minimize risks of detention or penalty. ● Cost Control & Documentation Archiving - Verify and reconcile freight invoices from carriers or suppliers. - Maintain accurate and complete operational records, documents, and database in accordance with company policies and retention schedules. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
