Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting experience in forwarding/logistics. • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping procedures. • Proficient in Excel and accounting software. • Analytical skills, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure. • Proficient in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken).

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

This position operations plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of transportation, departments responsible for the transportation and movement of goods in forwarding business includes: air, sea, municipal transit systems, shipping lines and trucking under the direction of a General Director or another senior Deputy General Director. Job duties: • Handle general accounting tasks related to forwarding and logistics operations. • Review and reconcile invoices, contracts, and shipping documents. • Prepare financial statements and tax reports in compliance with regulations. • Manage accounts receivable and payable for logistics services. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely accounting processes. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
