Key Responsibilities We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with relevant experience in the Logistics industry to join our team for the responsibilities as below: • Issue VAT invoices, make SOA to credit customer timely. • Be responsible for following up payment from customer; prepare monthly aging report and bad debt to management. • Check and reconcile with bank accounts timely. • Check payment request and arrange payment to carriers/ vendors. • Check and verify the SOA with vendors. • Responsible for customer/ vendor credit management (credit limits, payment terms, and contract terms). • Record data source into MISA. • Any other duties assigned by management. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:30 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
