Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline. • 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. • Good command of English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. • Experience in HR Technology, SaaS, HR Outsourcing, Payroll, Recruitment, Consulting, or B2B Solutions is highly preferred. • Strong business development mindset with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Open to candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi, with frequent business travel between Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in Vietnam. • Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. • Promote BIPO's HR technology solutions and HR outsourcing services to prospective clients. • Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable HR solutions. • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities. • Collaborate with internal consulting, implementation, and service teams to ensure successful project delivery. • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and business development activities. • Support marketing initiatives, seminars, webinars, and other lead generation activities. • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
