Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics in logistics service company, with proven experience in team coordination or management and managing customs liquidation/finalization reporting services. - Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, Customs liquidation, trucking, delivery, C/O, and customer-dedicated services. - VNACCS/other related software fluently. - Understanding of billing, Debit Note, KPI, SOP, and operational risk control. - Team leadership, workload allocation & performance monitoring. - Strong problem-solving, decision-making & multitasking skills. - Customer handling & cross-functional coordination. - Process improvement, SOP development & risk control. - Good analytical and MS Office/Excel skills. - Good English communication skills.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

I. Main duties - Support daily Logistics operations and ensure smooth service delivery across customers, bookings, and service scopes. - Control customer/booking ownership, workload allocation, pending jobs, urgent cases, and service completion. - Supervise and coach Logistics team, ensuring effective work allocation, backup coverage, and clear ownership. - Coordinate with Field/OP teams to ensure smooth handover, issue resolution, and operational continuity. - Monitor key services including customs clearance, trucking, CDS, C/O, inspection, implant, liquidation, and customer-dedicated services. - Control billing and operational closure, including Debit Note, red invoice, at-cost evidence, reconciliation, and reporting. - Identify operational risks, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely corrective actions. - Drive process improvement and support the implementation of JD, KPI, Service Scope Matrix, Backup Matrix, and operational control systems.
