Công việc cụ thể là gì?

  • Manage Business Development activities to meet BD target
  • Develop BD plans, activities, and campaigns to meet BD target of KPIs
  • Monitor BD volume, revenues, and cost against forecasts to identify problem areas; and adapt procedures or re-allocate resources to improve the overall performance of the BD team
  • Build-up good relationship with existing & potential Customers and develop the BD market segment to achieve the long term BD objectives and KPIs
  • Liaise with functional or operational Managers to develop and implement organizational relations programs or activities that are appropriate for business needs
  • Team management and employee development
