Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

• 2+ years of experience in PCB design, with proficiency in OrCAD for schematic design and Cadence Allegro for PCB layout.

• Thorough knowledge of the ECAD design process, from schematic capture to layout to design outputs and documentation.

• Experience in semiconductor industry and knowledge of the automated test equipment (ATE) environment are a plus.

• Experience in skill/script writing in Cadence Allegro is a plus.

• Well organized with good follow-through skills.

• Good problem solving and debug capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines with minimal direction.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

DTS is looking for a highly skilled and experienced senior Cadence Allegro PCB Design Engineer to join our team.


Job Description:

• Designing Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for Semiconductor Test applications using Cadence Allegro software.

• Design PCB layouts for medium to complex (mixed signal, RF and high-speed) designs, using Cadence Allegro software.

• Generate manufacturing files and produce supporting documentation for these designs, including Gerber, fabrication, and assembly drawings.

• Develop own schematic symbol library, and footprint library if and when required.

• Liaise with customers on design requirements.

• Must be available to support customers on urgent designs beyond office hours if required.
