- Master’s degree or higher in Biochemistry, Molecular Diagnostics, Microbiology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or another relevant life science field. - Strong scientific and technical knowledge in relevant life science fields. - Excellent PowerPoint and presentation development skills. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. - Strong scientific writing and communication skills. - Strong presentation, training, and public-speaking skills. - 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in diagnostics, laboratory science, healthcare, life sciences, scientific communication, or academic marketing. - Experience in scientific research, publications, conference presentations, or academic projects is highly preferred. - Detail-oriented, scientifically rigorous, proactive, responsible, confident in communication, willing to learn, and able to work effectively across functions.

This role involves building, implementing, and managing academic marketing activities to enhance the brand and product reputation of the company within the healthcare professional community (doctors, pharmacists, lecturers, medical experts). This position acts as a bridge between the academic/medical team and the business team through activities such as scientific conferences, training, publishing professional content, and building relationships with leading experts. Key Job Duties: 1. Develop and review high-quality academic and scientific marketing content based on biochemistry, molecular diagnostics, microbiology, immunology, and other related life science fields. (20%) 2. Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand materials for customers, partners, Sales teams, and other stakeholders. (15%) 3. Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and scientific organizations to support academic and business objectives. (15%) 4. Prepare professional presentations, training materials, scientific reports, brochures, product materials, and other academic marketing documents. (10%) 5. Deliver scientific presentations, product training, seminars, webinars, and academic sessions for internal teams, customers, healthcare professionals, and business partners. (10%) 6. Collaborate closely with laboratory, medical, technical, Sales, and Business Development teams to ensure scientific accuracy and commercial relevance of marketing materials. (10%) 7. Research and monitor scientific developments, diagnostic technologies, market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify relevant academic topics and opportunities. (10%) 8. Support product launches and marketing campaigns by providing scientific content, technical explanations, and academic communication materials.
