The role We are looking for a commercially driven manager to build insurer and bank relationships in Vietnam and turn signed agreements into live business. As part of the commercial team, you will represent Rabbit Care in local partner meetings with clear guidance and supervision, manage proposals and negotiations, and coordinate the steps needed to launch products and campaigns. The main priority is insurance partnerships and the setup and scaling of our brokerage business; banking client onboarding is a secondary part of the role. What you will do - Identify and approach insurers and banks, manage the partnership pipeline, and arrange and lead local meetings on behalf of Rabbit Care as part of the commercial team. - Prepare commercial proposals, follow up on negotiations, and coordinate agreements through review and signature with the relevant legal, compliance and finance teams. - Onboard insurance partners and products; coordinate operational setup, training and launch with product, technology, operations and telesales teams. - Support onboarding of banking clients and coordinate the steps needed to move each partnership from agreement to live delivery. - Coordinate partner marketing campaigns with Rabbit Care’s Thailand based marketing team, including briefs, assets, launch timelines and follow up on results. - Track partner performance and resolve launch or operational issues with local and Thailand based teams.
