Business Strategy and Plan Development:- Develop & implement the business plan for assigned projects.- Identify sales opportunities and recommend initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.- Develop objectives and business plan for the projects aligned with company’s objectives and strategies.- Establish and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and operating procedures. - Coordinate the setup and enhancement of systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.Business Operational Management:- Lead and manage the daily operational activities.- Lead the salesforces to ensure all assigned business parameters including KPIs are efficiently managed.- Develop and execute business plan and strategies to ensure project to meet Company’s assigned APE profitably.- Ensure all aspects of each project from sales to recruitment, operational management, profitability, product mix etc. are managed effectively. People management- Coordinate and train all direct subordinates on business and management matters.- Recruit, develop, and nurture talent for key positions and succession planning.- Monitor day-to-day push sales activities, identify problems, and propose improvements (if needed) to ensure the sales team stays focused on selling with strong support from leadership.Budget management- Prepare and monitor budgets for operations, campaigns, and incentive programs.- Ensure expenses comply with approved plans, company policies, and internal control requirements. - Recommend cost-control measures to improve budget utilization and operational efficiency. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
