Qualifications: BA/Master’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or Customer Service.
Experience:
• 5 years’ experience in a Sales/Marketing role with demonstrated success in growing/increasing sales in a competitive market.
• Experience of having worked within a service delivery sector, education sector.
• Good analytical skills and proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken.
• Ability to build, manage and motivate team members.
• Experience of working with CRM systems and integration with the sales life cycle.
• Experience in monitoring competitor market activity.
• Experience in using digital and social media trends and tools to influence the sales life cycle.
• Understands and is able to build strong customer advocacy and repeat client loyalty and retention.
Competencies:
• Strong and confident verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese.
• Able to communicate in English (intermediate level desired).
• Show an awareness of visual impacts and the benefit of imagery (still, digital and video), and brand presentation.
• Have in-depth knowledge of admission KPIs CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms.
• Harness strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations.
• Be proficient in the use of AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing productivity, content creation, research, reporting, and campaign performance.
• Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.

Job overview:
The role will be to develop and implement a growth strategy and tactical business development plan that ensures attraction, recruitment and retention and tracking applicants. To be carried out through demonstrating the schools’ priorities and highlighting these through key touch points within the school community both internally and externally.
Further to supervise and be involved in formulating and implementing agreed Marketing strategies, and to manage the Marketing teams within the school, as well as liasing with group-wide Marketing initiatives and promotion. To be responsible for various communications to aid the school community, including but not withstanding parental communications (including SMS and/or email), supporting the School Nurse with communications, and assisting the School Office Manager and their staff with communications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
ADMISSIONS
• Effectively develop and implement student recruitment plans to ensure that the school’s student recruitment targets are fully met.
• Direct and advise the development and implementation of student recruitment, conversion and retention strategies.
• Track applications, including forecasting data showing trends (including applications to competitor schools).
• Oversee and manage the process for all admissions enquiries and requests for prospectuses, ensuring the processes as a whole are timely, effective, efficient and mirror best practice. Ensure that all Admissions procedures are aligned with EMASI admissions policies and deliver effective admissions practice with outstanding customer care.
• Develop best practice admissions management processes and accompanying follow up and relationship management practices for the school to ensure that all families are nurtured from enquiry through to registration and assessment.
• Ensure that the assessment process is a well-managed, personal and positive experience for students and parents alike. Maintain knowledge of applicants' progress throughout the assessment and offer process.
• Conduct monthly market research and analyse data to identify trends, new developments/competitors, and formulate marketing schemes as required.
• To manage student enrolment numbers and projections to maximise and grow the student recruitment in-take to meet or exceed targets.
• Compile and submit regular Admissions reports, providing contextual information and proposing changes that might influence prospective parents.
• Regularly review all Admissions policies and procedures, proposing changes when required to ensure that they are competitive, and in line with the school’s positioning and priorities.
• Provide excellent customer service to the school’s current families when the Admissions team are required to support and assist them. This also includes tasks on accounting and finance matters. Effectively escalate potential concerns to the appropriate colleague(s).
• Oversee all stages of the prospective parents’ conversion funnel, and proactively introduce improvements to continuously increase the school’s conversion rates.
• Segment the school’s prospective families and maintain prospective customer profiles for each segment, as well as a list of USPs for the Admissions team to use with each segment.
• Proactively identify potential new recruitment opportunities and markets, and regularly report new business development proposals.
• Meet retention targets by developing and implementing an internal marketing program and on-going dialogue with stakeholders to monitor feedback and test ideas.
• Manage and monitor outstanding customer services for the school clients.
• Any other tasks related to the role as assigned by Director of Marketing and the Head of Shool that are related to the role.
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS:
• Act as Brand Custodian, ensuring the school’s value proposition, USP, and brand guidelines are consistently implemented across all channels.
• Develop and execute an annual marketing plan with clear campaign objectives and timelines aligned with the school’s strategic direction.
• Be responsible for marketing during school events including internal community events and external admissions events; coordinate with colleagues, departments and stakeholders to deliver excellent experiences for families.
• Assure a friendly and fluid digital experience across owned, earned, and paid media.
• Work closely with Digital Marketing Team, Content Creator, and Design teams to create relevant and unique creatives for the school that emphasize EMASI Van Phuc’s USP and the EMASI brand overall.
• Work closely with the Head of School and Marketing colleagues to produce effective, appropriate and high-quality content.
• Oversee the planning and production of all marketing materials, photography, videography, and media content, ensuring outputs meet high professional and brand standards.
• Monitor and manage the school’s digital presence across websites, social media platforms, online communities, forums, and review channels; take proactive action to protect and strengthen the school’s reputation.
• Conduct market research to understand parent expectations, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
• Support and amplify Word of Mouth (WoM) and referral programs to build a strong parent ambassador network.
• Support management in communication decisions during crisis situations or sensitive issues.
• Support the School Nurse and Office Manager with respect to communications, including but not withstanding SMS and e-mail.
• Ensure solid lead and enrolment tracking on a daily and weekly basis.
• Oversee and take timely action on all matters related to the school's internal and external communications.
• Conduct monthly competitor analysis and market intelligence reports, proposing and executing timely actions based on findings.
PARTNERSHIP
• Identify and develop partnerships with organisations, businesses and community groups able to introduce prospective families to EMASI Vạn Phúc.
• Build relationships with corporate HR teams, chambers of commerce and expatriate networks to increase the school’s visibility among relevant parent communities.
• Contribute to plan and deliver joint events, school visits and other activities that give partner communities a meaningful introduction to the school.
• Agree clear objectives and mutual commitments for each partnership, coordinating delivery with the school and KSC teams.
• Track partnership enquiries, visits and enrolments, and review results to guide future activity.
LEADERSHIP
• Manage and grow the Marketing, Admissions and Communications team within the campus.
• Proactively work with the SLT and other departments’ manager to improve the student life and school quality overall.
• Proactively connect with parents, families and other stakeholders to ensure a positive experience and promotion of the school.
