- 3 to 5 years of practical experience in customs clearance, with solid experience handling EPE/DNCX manufacturing accounts (materials, machinery, finished goods). - Good understanding of Vietnam Customs Law and VNACCS/ECUS declaration software. - At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Senior specialist guiding others. - Strong organizational skills; knows how to delegate tasks, build checklists, and follow up rather than doing everything alone. - Calm and solution-oriented mindset when handling urgent customs situations under pressure. - Confident English communication (spoken and written) to interact directly with foreign client managers and internal stakeholders.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

• Lead and coordinate daily customs clearance operations for Export Processing Enterprise (EPE / DNCX) clients. • The Supervisor guides Team Leaders to maintain fast clearance lead-times, strict regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction through standardized processes and clear delegation. Key tasks include: Team Management & Daily Execution • Lead and support Team Leaders in assigning and balancing daily declaration workloads. • Monitor team performance through daily operational KPIs: clearance lead-time and declaration accuracy rate. • Establish clear working checklists and SOPs so Team Leaders execute independently without constant hand-holding. • Provide coaching and operational guidance to resolve daily field bottlenecks. EPE Customs Clearance & Compliance • Oversee compliant customs procedures for EPE accounts: import raw materials, export finished goods, machinery, and scrap liquidation. • Review and guide teams on proper HS code classification and customs valuation for manufacturing goods. • Ensure proper filing and data alignment of customs declarations to support clients' annual reporting requirements. • Act as the direct escalation point to resolve operational queries or red-lane inspections at customs branches. Client Communication • Serve as the main contact for key EPE client representatives regarding clearance status, operational escalations, and urgent shipment requests. • Communicate clearly and professionally in English across client emails, daily status reports, and internal coordination. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
