Requirements:
- Tools: Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/ Premiere Pro).
- Experience: 3+ years in digital graphic design, e-commerce merchandising, or web marketing.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of web file optimization (. webp, .svg, .gif, .mp4) and responsive design basics.
- Portfolio Required: Demonstrated experience in web banner design, digital campaigns, and motion graphics.
- Translate D2C website and digital merchandise briefs into visually captivating graphics, web promotional banners, hero imagery, and homepage layouts.
- Create promotional homepage banners, hero imagery, landing page graphics, and site promotional materials optimized for responsive display and fast load speeds.
- Create engaging rich media assets, including animated GIFs, motion graphics, and short promo videos for site teasers, banners, and digital ads.
- Produce consistent, eye-catching social media graphics (static and dynamic) across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, display ads, etc.).
- Apply and maintain brand guidelines strictly across website and digital channels.
- Work closely with web merchandise, copywriters, web developers, content creators, and digital marketers to deliver cohesive visual assets/campaigns.
- Deliver ready-to-use, developer-friendly design handoffs in tools like Figma.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and campaign launch dates.
