JOB OVERVIEW KIMS COOK is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Sales & Operations Specialist to manage and grow our business across major online marketplaces. The role is responsible for marketplace sales, platform partnerships, daily operations, inventory control, and performance optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage sales activities on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms. * Develop product, pricing, promotion, and campaign plans to achieve revenue targets. * Work with platform MDs and Key Account Managers to negotiate listings, promotional opportunities, and commercial terms. * Oversee product listings, order processing, fulfillment, delivery tracking, returns, and daily store operations. * Monitor inventory and coordinate stock allocation and replenishment to prevent stockouts and overstocking. * Analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, campaign results, and other key performance indicators. * Prepare regular reports and recommend actions to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and profitability. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T7 • Giờ làm việc: 08:00 - 17:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
