Yêu cầu công việc
• Presentable appearance and good voice.
• Strong communication skills, ability to engage in conversations and build good relationships.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Cultivate a "can-do" and "winning" culture with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in using office applications (Microsoft Office).
• Experience in retail, telephone sales, outdoor sales, or B2C is preferred.
• Enthusiasm in achieving sales targets and the desire to earn corresponding sales bonuses and commissions.
• Previous experience in counseling/sales in the education sector is a plus.
• Dynamic and able to work in a start-up environment.
• Working days: 3 days per week + Saturday and Sunday.
• Working hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• Days off: Choose 2 days of your own from Monday to Friday.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
• Make phone calls to potential customers using provided leads and gather feedback on their needs regarding products and programs.
• Schedule appointments with potential customers at the center or through online meetings.
• Present and give presentations about Geniebook's services and products to customers during appointments.
• Interact with potential customers at Geniebook's events held at schools or commercial centers.
• Build trust, develop long-term relationships, and provide support to Geniebook's parents and students.
• Close contracts with customers.
• Collaborate with the Training Department and Customer Care Department to ensure the best service quality for parents and students, helping them achieve their learning goals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Cultivate a "can-do" and "winning" culture with a positive attitude, proactive mindset, and effective communication skills.
