- University graduation with Electrical or Mechanical Engineering major

- English communication

- PLC control is an advantage

Skill and Competencies expectation:

  • Site installation and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with team-working spirit
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery
  • Troubleshooting procedure and report. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is preferred.
  • Spare parts control/management

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Onsite installation machine and commissioning/ Analyze the problem, detect issues, and track root causes/ Suggest fixes and improvements/ I/O check.

Generate technical procedures, plans and engineering documentation

Lead the testing and product quality assurance

Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, modification, finetune with high standard quality for both program and mechanical

Provide technical training and technical support to customer

Work with customer on machine installation master plan, testing schedule, SAT test.

Provide solution, advise to customer on machine perspective.

Coordinate with Sales, Manager on analyse new projects.

Provide technical advise for sales, confirmation on project feasibility.

Support on spare parts control, tracking, delivery.

Support others departments if needed.
