Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership • Lead the end-to-end financial planning process, including annual budgeting, long-term planning, and rolling forecasts for the tech hub. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights to guide decision-making and drive business outcomes. • Align financial goals and metrics with the overall strategic vision of the organization. Financial Analysis & Reporting • Deliver comprehensive financial analysis, including P&L management, cash flow forecasting, and capital allocation strategies. • Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities to influence strategic decision-making. • Oversee preparation and delivery of executive-level financial presentations and board reports. Business Partnering • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, operations, and marketing) to align financial strategies with business goals. • Act as a financial thought partner to support new initiatives, market expansions, and tech product launching. • Provide financial due diligence and modeling for M&A opportunities, strategic investments, and partnerships. Process Optimization & Systems Management • Drive automation, scalability, and efficiency in financial processes, tools, and reporting systems. • Implement and optimize financial planning tools, dashboards, and ERP systems to enhance data accuracy and analysis. • Establish and monitor financial controls and governance processes. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
