The role is responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of workforce and expense planning frameworks, financial models, forecasts, and analytical insights that support the University's budgeting, strategic planning, and financial sustainability objectives. - Operating with a high degree of professional autonomy, the position provides complex financial analysis, scenario modelling, and evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making across the University.
