- Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations. - Strong Sea Freight experience is preferred. - Experience in Sea Freight Operations, Customer Service, Pricing or Procurement within a freight forwarding company. - Good understanding of ocean freight processes, carrier management and international logistics. - Experience with rate negotiation or freight procurement is an advantage. - Good command of English. - Proficiency in MS Office; CargoWise experience is preferred.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Manage end-to-end Air and Sea Freight shipments. - Coordinate with customers, overseas offices, carriers, shipping lines and vendors to ensure smooth shipment execution. - Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders. - Prepare and review shipping documents, manifests and billing accurately. - Support freight procurement activities by sourcing and maintaining competitive rates from shipping lines and co-loaders. - Assist Sales and Customer Service teams with quotations and pricing requests. - Maintain strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines and logistics partners. - Monitor market trends, carrier updates and capacity developments. - Ensure operational KPIs and service standards are achieved. - Support tender participation and logistics solution development when required. - Perform other duties assigned by the line manager. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Có kinh nghiệm • Loại công việc: Thời vụ
