- 5–8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, GTM, or Commercial Management, including 2–3+ years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in revenue growth, sales team leadership, and GTM execution. - Experience in EdTech, education, e-commerce, or consumer technology is preferred. - Strong commercial acumen and ability to use business metrics to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Fluency in Vietnamese and English; bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - GTM & Business Growth: Develop and execute local GTM strategies, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen market positioning. - Revenue & Sales Leadership: Own commercial targets, lead the Sales & Admissions team, and improve conversion and productivity. - Growth Efficiency: Monitor revenue, CAC, conversion rates, and sales costs to drive sustainable growth. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Product to optimize the customer journey and business performance. - Team & Performance Management: Coach and develop teams, establish clear KPIs, and drive accountability. - Business Planning: Track performance, prepare business updates, and align local execution with regional objectives. • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
