- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business information management, Engineering or a related field.
- 7+ years in commercial/production systems, SFA/CRM or BI, with number of users above 100 users.
- Hands on ownership of at least one business software implementation or major rollout, from requirements through adoption.
- Strong data modeling and BI skills (SQL, Python, Power BI or Tableau, DWH concepts).
- Experience stakeholder management, managing vendors, budgets and cross functional projects.
- Fluent English and Vietnamese.

Role Purpose:This role owns the commercial technology and data ecosystem that enables DKSH Healthcare's field force, back office and partners to work efficiently, comply by design and decide on reliable data. It turns business needs into systems people actually use, and proves value through measurable adoption and productivity gains.Key Responsibilities:1. Ecosystem Architecture and Work Automation• Define the local commercial systems roadmap (CRM, Ordering, MDM, DWH/BI, field tools) aligned with regional architecture standards and business strategy.• Map end to end commercial processes (call planning/submission, order to cash touchpoints, sample and promotional material management, profiling-segmentation-targeting, tender/sales tracking) and identify automation opportunities, including workflow automation and AI applicable use cases.• Own integration of ecosystem, working with IT on build and security.• Lead business cases, vendor selection and CAPEX/OPEX planning for commercial systems.2. System Launch, Enhancement and Adoption• Act as local product owner for CRM, the Sales Ordering System, Master Data Management, Promotion Material Management, Incentive Calculation Automation• Run the full delivery cycle: discovery, requirement, UAT, cutover, go live, hyper care and release management for enhancements.• Own HCP/HCO and customer master data quality, including onboarding, deduplication, segmentation fields and territory alignment; integrate third party HCP databases where used.• Drive adoption through role-based training, champion networks, in field coaching and adoption report/dashboards. Treat adoption as a KPI, not a training event.• Onboarding new hires in their relevant commercial system.3. Data and Analytics System• Lead the design and deployment of the commercial data warehouse and reporting layer for the sales force, management, back office• Define the data model, KPI dictionary and single source of truth for sales, activity, coverage and incentive data.• Deliver self-service model/dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) for field, first line managers and executives, moving reporting from descriptive to diagnostic and predictive.• Automate incentive calculation, master data management, performance tracking data feeds to reduce manual workload and errors.4. Data Governance, Compliance and Principal Trust• Enforce access rights and reports.• Ensure compliance with Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law, Employee and HCP consent management, pharma promotion regulations, and principal compliance policies.• Own data governance: data ownership, quality standards, audit trails and access reviews.5. People and Stakeholders• Lead and develop the team, building capability in systems and analytics.• Translate business needs into system requirements, and system constraints into business language, for Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Regional Digital and counterparts.
