- University Degree in Accounting, Finance, MBA is a plus - At least 05 years’ experience in managerial positions in banking industry - Practical working experience in a business-driven culture and customer service-oriented atmosphere - Understanding of Consumer Finance, Retail Banking and treasury policies - Working experience in foreign financial enterprises, or English communication environment is a plus - Financial management skill - Leadership in both team environment and individual - Good interpersonal communication, presentation skills - Fluent in both Vietnamese and English

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

- Analyze and monitor any changes in balance sheet, financial indicators to manage assets and liabilities safely, effectively and timely - Report to SBV and Government Departments as required - Monitor assets and liabilities in balance sheet, managing VPB FC’s liquidity status - Monitor prudential ratios, proactively recommend initiative and solution to ensure compliance with SBV’s regulations - Prepare detailed yearly funding plan for the company & update detail monthly, developing optimal models and propose optimal structures regarding lending and funding for VPB SMBC FC - Take responsibilities for projects with the aim of enhancing ALM activities - Lead the report preparation and submitting to SBV following current law and regulations - Implement recruiting, training and managing employees to ensure the goals and the quality of the work - Other tasks assigned by ALM Center Director, CEO • Ngày làm việc: T2 - T6 • Giờ làm việc: 09:00 - 18:00 • Cấp bậc: Quản lý • Loại công việc: Toàn thời gian
