- Qualified lawyer with relevant in-house legal experience aligned with the responsibilities outlined above. - Proven track record of working in complex, global organizational structures with exposure to international regulatory environments. - Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise at the senior management level. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions within a complex business environment. - Proactive, analytical mindset with sound judgment and the confidence to challenge and provide constructive input. - Experience within the banking, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage. - Ability to deliver high-quality legal advice in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and professional standards. - Ability to design and implement structured, process-driven approaches to legal and compliance matters.
