1. Experience & Qualifications (Required & Preferred)

• Work Experience: Experienced candidates only (Minimum 3, 5, or 7+ years of sales experience in relevant industrial fields).

• Core Product Expertise (Preferred):

o Direct experience in sales of Food Scan X-Ray machines, Metal Detectors or Foreign Object Inspection Systems

• Industry & Automation Background (Preferred):

o Experience in sales of Factory Automation Systems, Food Processing/Packaging Automation Equipment, or Automated Quality Inspection/Production Systems.

o Familiarity with or sales network in the Seafood, Frozen Food, and packaged food manufacturing industries.

2. Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Automation, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

3. Professional Skills & Mindset

• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English for smooth collaboration with international management.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and B2B consultative selling skills.

• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude.

• Salary & Incentive:

o Base salary up to $2,000 / month (Negotiable based on experience and capability).

• Attractive Performance-based Bonus & Commission directly tied to sales performance

• Working Hours: Flexible working hours (08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00), Monday to Friday.
