A plus if you have:
- Skilled in fit-gap analysis, working with flat files such as xml, json, csv data formats
- Understanding of ERP systems
• Must be able to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and work well in a team setting, to reach team and department goals

Công việc cụ thể là gì?
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. LET US KNOW WHICH SHIFT YOU PREFER:
Working Time: 40 hours/week. Monday – Friday. Work in shifts depending on teams you apply for:
i. Split shift: 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM (onsite) THEN 08:00 PM – 00:00 AM (wfh)
ii. Rotational shift within a week: Day: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (onsite) AND 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM (onsite)
Office: Quality Tech Solution Complex, Trung My Tay Ward (formerly District 12)
The Implementation Specialist/Consultant communicate with our customers’ trading partners, collecting the information necessary to enable the trading partners to be onboarded in a timely manner and to set up web-based Trading Partners.
As an Implementation Specialist/Consultant, you will:
- Configure setup, partner relations, cross references, etc.
- Set up clients with new Trading Partners via a portal.
- Gather information from new trading partners.
Provide the mapping team with the analysis required to build a new map.
- Build/Maintain Trading Partner records
- Coordinate with multiple internal teams to ensure the target go-live date for the customer is met
- Participate in problem solving activities and escalate issues to relevant teams
- Report to team management as well as involved project coordinators
