  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Law or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement, import/export operations, and contract management.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Japanese skill (from N2 level) is an advantage.
  • Good time management, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with EPE import-export operations and customs procedures is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Highly organized and able to meet deadlines
  • Responds well to constructive feedback
  • Able to learn quickly.

Công việc cụ thể là gì?

Key Responsibilities

1. Import & Export Operations

  • Manage end-to-end import and export activities for equipment, materials, and products.
  • Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
  • Ensure timely customs clearance and regulatory compliance.

2. Customs & Compliance

  • Act as the company owner for HS Code governance and classification management.
  • Ensure accuracy of customs declarations, product classification, duties, taxes, and import/export documentation.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local customs laws and international trade regulations.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assess operational impact on the business.
  • Manage customs audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate customs-related risks and compliance issues.

3. Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Review and control shipping instruction and shipping documents, including labelling, invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, C/O, and permits.
  • Optimize freight costs, lead times, and logistics performance.
  • Resolve shipment delays and transportation issues.

4. Warehouse & Delivery Management

  • Manage inbound-outbound logistics and customer delivery activities.
  • Manage last-mile delivery to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments to support project execution.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Establish and maintain logistics SOPs, KPIs, and tracking reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Support logistics system enhancements.

6. Other Duties

  • Perform other logistics and supply chain-related tasks assigned by Management.
